Professional charcoal churrasco for grilling
The Churrasco is a professional charcoal grill perfect for all those places that wish to offer different types of meat, using the typical South American cooking method. Through the use of slowly rotating swords, the cooked meat remains tender and juicy, with a slight smoky flavor. Furthermore, the lack of contact between the swords and the grill avoids contamination between different foods.
One of the most important features of this product is its sturdiness; in fact, its outer structure is made entirely of 15-tenths thick painted sheet iron, or entirely of stainless steel. The internal parts are made of Aisi 430 stainless steel, which is specific for working at high temperatures; the brazier basin is made of 4 mm thick iron, and the charcoal grill is made entirely of cast iron. The swords and components that come into direct contact with food are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, which fully complies with the strictest regulations (Moca,” in Italy).
The Churrasco is insulated with insulating material, so as to prevent the transmission of temperature to the outside and ensure homogeneous and constant cooking, which is essential for all foods, as well as safety for the operator using it. This product also makes it possible to control the oxygenation of the embers thanks to the ventilation system designed with guided ash trays, which allow for modulating the passage of air over the desired part of the embers, ensuring the possibility of regulating the temperature and thus saving on coal consumption.
The Churrasco is produced in 3 versions: 20, 32, 44 swords, and it can be customized for specific projects and upon request. It can be provided in a stainless steel finish or custom painted in any desired color for a perfect integration in any environment.
This cooking equipment is designed for indoor use. If used in outdoor areas, it is mandatory that it is placed under a waterproof cover and it is necessary to agree beforehand the most suitable steel type.
Optional extras include an interior lighting kit for better visibility while cooking, charcoal drawers or doors, the application of wheels, non-standard colours, the grill set for grilling when not using the swords; the circular reduction and support for arrosticini; sword with additional wooden handle.
