Professional charcoal churrasco for grilling
Optional extras include an interior lighting kit for better visibility while cooking, charcoal drawers or doors, the application of wheels, non-standard colours, the grill set for grilling when not using the swords; the circular reduction and support for arrosticini; sword with additional wooden handle.
One of the most important features of this product is its sturdiness; in fact, its outer structure is made entirely of 15-tenths thick painted sheet iron, or entirely of stainless steel. The internal parts are made of Aisi 430 stainless steel, which is specific for working at high temperatures; the brazier basin is made of 4 mm thick iron, and the charcoal grill is made entirely of cast iron. The swords and components that come into direct contact with food are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, which fully complies with the strictest regulations (Moca,” in Italy).
This product also makes it possible to control the oxygenation of the embers thanks to the ventilation system designed with guided ash trays, which allow for modulating the passage of air over the desired part of the embers, ensuring the possibility of regulating the temperature and thus saving on coal consumption.
The Churrasco is insulated with insulating material, so as to prevent the transmission of temperature to the outside and ensure homogeneous and constant cooking, which is essential for all foods, as well as safety for the operator using it.
