“Al Gatto Verde” is born in the Emilian countryside rich of large oaks and vineyards, in the land of fast cars and slow food, in the farmhouse of casa Maria Luigia completely renovated, next to a splendid Acetaia.

The chef,  Jessica Rosval, together with her team, dedicates every day to a cuisine deeply rooted in the Italian territory, using its products, ingredients and technologies, combining them with an international spirit and looking at the world to find inspiration. Fine dining techniques blend perfectly with the most ancestral cooking method, fire. A very warm welcome and the magic of the wood fired grill “Tuscany W”, surrounded by a green setting all around, make this restaurant a magic place.
