The chef, Jessica Rosval, together with her team, dedicates every day to a cuisine deeply rooted in the Italian territory, using its products, ingredients and technologies, combining them with an international spirit and looking at the world to find inspiration. Fine dining techniques blend perfectly with the most ancestral cooking method, fire.
